The hotel has a solid location, being just about 175 meters from Al-Haram, which made my pilgrimage trip very convenient. The rooms were small but clean, and I found the beds fairly comfortable. However, the hot water issue and some noise disturbances from staff could have been better. Overall, it served its purpose during my stay, but with room for improvement.
